Do You Enjoy Gardening?
Cheam & Cuddington Horticultural Society (CCHS) was founded in 1893 and has maintained close ties with the local community throughout its long and prestigious history. The object of the Society is the promotion, advancement and enjoyment of horticulture and gardening.
The Society holds two shows a year, three informal evening meetings and an annual quiz as well as producing four annual newsletters and a schedule that defines the classes of entries for the summer and autumn shows.

Our evening meetings are held at St Christopher's Church Hall in Cheam and cover topics of gardening and general interest, Past meetings have included topics such as "The History of Nonsuch Palace & Mansion", "Topiary & Hedging" and "Fruit Growing". Look out for news of our next meeting in the Event Diary menu tag and in the featured news items below this article. Non-members are very welcome to attend an evening meeting and discuss joining us.
The Summer and Autumn Shows take place at St Dunstan's School in Cheam. Take a look at the Show Gallery in the menu bar above to see what a marvellous show we put on.
Every year we have a stand at the Cheam Fair by the Red Lion pub in Cheam. Our plants for sale are a sell out every year.
There is no need to own a large garden, grow rarities or enter our Shows. If you enjoy gardening please join our Society.
