This is a quiet time of the year, but much is happening behind the scenes:

  •  The Society Handbook is prepared and published.
  •  The January Newsletter is published and distributed together with the Handbook and Membership Cards.
  •  Subscriptions are collected from our members.

10th April: Evening Meeting:The Woodland Trust - Langley Vale with Martin Boiling

Commencing at 8 pm (finishing at 10 pm) at St Christopher's Church Hall, Dallas Road, Cheam, Surrey, SM3 8RU.  An informal atmosphere. Admission is free to members but guests can enrol on the night. The annual subscription is £3.50. There will be tea/coffee, biscuits for sale and a raffle. There is ample car parking.

15th May: Evening Meeting: Growing for the Kitchen with  Paul Patton

Commencing at 8 pm (finishing at 10 pm) at St Christopher's Church Hall, Dallas Road, Cheam, Surrey, SM3 8RU.  An informal atmosphere.  Admission is free to members but guests can enrol on the night. The Annual Subscription is £3.50.  There will be tea/coffee, biscuits for sale and a raffle. There is ample car parking.

18th May (Saturday): Cheam Village May Charter Fair from 7.30am - 2.30pm.  This will be the 760th Cheam Charter Fair. Look out for our stall. For more information go to: http://cheamcharterfair.org.uk/

12th June: Evening Meeting: Wildlife Aid Foundation:The European Hedgehog with Dr Mike Berwick

Commencing at 8 pm (finishing at 10 pm) at St Christopher's Church Hall, Dallas Road, Cheam, Surrey, SM3 8RU.  An informal atmosphere. Admission is free to members but guests can enrol on the night. The Annual Subscription is £3.50. There will be tea/coffee, biscuits for sale and a raffle. There is ample car parking.

13th July Summer Show

There are Flower, Vegetable, Domestic & Children’s Classes and the venue is St Dunstan’s Cheam C of E Primary School, Anne Boleyns Walk, Cheam, Surrey, SM3 8DF. The show is open to the public from 2 pm - 4.30 pm. In addition to the Show there are plants for sale and refreshments plus horticultural advice and there is ample free parking in the school grounds.  Admission is free to members and 50p for non members.

14th September Autumn Show
